In past 5 years of my practise, i have advised my patients about benefits of natural/organic foods in our diet and also about exercises, yoga and the various practices our ancestors followed as daily routine, which are forgotten, but need to be revived, if we want a healthy life like them.

In today's world we are plagued with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, hormonal disturbances and cancer. Studies have shown that we need more exercise and healthy diet.
